AI Apps Board is a paid AI-agent leaderboard. We collect as little as we can to run placements, show rankings, and count outbound clicks.
What we store
Listing URLs, names, descriptions, categories, lifetime paid totals, raw outbound click counts, suggested agent URLs awaiting review, and completed payment records. We do not create user accounts. Click counts are raw request counts, not unique or verified visitors.
Payments
Card payments are processed by Polar, acting as Merchant of Record. Polar handles card details, receipts, taxes, refunds, and disputes; we never see card numbers. We store Polar order and checkout identifiers and the placement amount so we can credit each payment exactly once.
Analytics
We use Vemetric, a cookieless analytics service hosted in the EU, to understand page views and a small set of product events: payment start, checkout return, confirmed payment, category filter, and outbound click. Vemetric uses no cookies and no personal identifiers. The public header counters are Vemetric unique-visitor and pageview (total visit) estimates and may be approximate. Analytics is optional for local development; if Vemetric is unavailable, the site still works and the traffic strip is hidden. Outbound listing logos are served from our own domain — we do not request third-party favicon services.
Retention and your rights
Listing and payment records are kept for as long as the board operates, because lifetime totals and the immutable payment ledger are the product. Backups are retained on a rolling schedule. If you are in a jurisdiction with data-subject rights and believe personal data about you is stored here, contact us and we will assess what limited personal data (if any) we hold and what we can do about it.
