By using AI Apps Board or paying for a placement, you agree to these terms. Rankings are paid placements. They are not reviews, certifications, or endorsements.
Paid placement
A completed whole-dollar payment adds to that listing's lifetime total. Order is lifetime amount, then earliest completed payment. Starting checkout does not reserve a rank. Another buyer can overtake you before payment completes, and rank can still move afterward.
Payments and Merchant of Record
Payments are processed by Polar, which acts as Merchant of Record: Polar is the seller of record for tax, receipt, refund, and chargeback purposes. The Polar return page is not proof of payment — only Polar's signed confirmation credits a placement.
Refunds
Placements are non-refundable, except where consumer law requires otherwise; in that case Polar handles the refund as Merchant of Record. When a payment is refunded, its rank contribution is removed and the board reorders immediately.
Listings
Repeating a URL funds the existing listing and cannot change its name or description. There are no accounts or self-serve edits in V1. Paying for a URL does not prove ownership of it and does not grant editing rights. Suggesting an agent does not guarantee inclusion. "Verified" in the free directory means only that the destination and listing copy were checked by an operator.
Prohibited content and takedowns
Listings must not contain or link to unlawful content, malware, phishing, deceptive claims, sexually explicit material, or content that infringes the rights of others. We can suspend or remove any listing that violates these rules, is the subject of a legal demand, or is associated with fraud or abuse. Payment never guarantees continued visibility, and removal does not entitle the payer to a refund. To report a listing, email us with the listing URL and the reason.
Payment support and disputes
Payment questions, refund requests, and dispute reports: support@aiappsboard.com. Chargebacks are handled by Polar under its Merchant-of-Record policies.
